Cancellation Policy

Wunderkastan Robotian Education Pvt. Ltd.

This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all payments, services, events, programs, products, and registrations offered by Wunderkastan Robotian Education Pvt. Ltd. and its brands:

  • World School Summit (WSS)

  • Cluster of Achievers (COA)

  • Indian School Awards (ISA)

  • Robochamps

  • Robowunder

All payments are processed through an authorized Razorpay merchant account registered under Robochamps, which is owned and operated by Wunderkastan Robotian Education Pvt. Ltd.
This is valid for all the above brands.

No Cancellation | No Refund Policy (Strict)

There is NO cancellation, NO refund, and NO reversal of payments under any circumstances.

Once a payment is successfully completed, the transaction is considered final, confirmed, and non-refundable.

This policy applies without exception to:

  • Event registrations, delegate passes, nominations, and participation fees

  • Paid promotional events, conferences, summits, and award programs

  • Sponsorships, partnerships, and marketing packages

  • Robotics lab setup, training, curriculum, and school programs

  • Robotics kits, products, subscriptions, and services

  • Digital, hybrid, and physical events or products

  • Any add-ons, upgrades, or bundled offerings

No Refund for Any Reason

Refunds or cancellations will NOT be provided for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind or personal circumstances

  • Travel, visa, accommodation, or passport issues

  • Medical, health, or emergency situations

  • Professional, academic, or scheduling conflicts

  • Non-attendance, partial attendance, or late participation

  • Technical issues from the user’s side

  • Dissatisfaction or unmet expectations

  • Incorrect understanding of the offering

  • Failure to read website content or policies

Non-utilization of a service or non-participation does NOT qualify for a refund.

Event Changes or Force Majeure

In the rare event that an event is postponed, rescheduled, modified, or cancelled due to operational reasons or force majeure (including natural disasters, government restrictions, public health emergencies, or security concerns), no refunds will be issued.

Any alternative arrangement (such as rescheduling or credits) will be provided solely at the discretion of the company, and cash refunds will not be applicable.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By completing a payment, the customer agrees not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for any reason.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

  • Permanent disqualification from current or future programs

  • Legal action where applicable

Customers must contact us directly for any clarification before making payment.

Policy Acceptance

By proceeding with payment on any of our websites or payment links, the user confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Cancellation & Refund Policy in full.

Policy Updates

Wunderkastan Robotian Education Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
The latest version published on our website shall be final and binding.
