This Refund & Returns Policy applies to all products, services, events, programs, and transactions conducted by Wunderkashtan Robotian Education Pvt. Ltd., including its brands:
World School Summit (WSS)
Cluster of Achievers (COA)
Indian School Awards (ISA)
Robochamps
Robowunder
All payments are processed through an authorized Razorpay merchant account registered under Robochamps, owned and operated by Wunderkashtan Robotian Education Pvt. Ltd.
No Refund | No Return Policy (Strict)
There are NO refunds, NO returns, NO exchanges, and NO reversals under any circumstances.
Once a payment is successfully completed, the transaction is considered final, confirmed, and non-refundable.
This policy applies to all offerings, including but not limited to:
Event registrations, delegate passes, nominations, and participation fees
Paid promotional events, conferences, summits, and award programs
Sponsorships, partnerships, and marketing packages
Robotics lab setup, training, curriculum, and educational programs
Robotics kits, products, subscriptions, and services
Digital, hybrid, and physical products or events
Any add-ons, upgrades, or bundled services
No Refund or Return for Any Reason
Refunds, returns, or exchanges will not be provided for any reason, including but not limited to:
Change of mind or personal circumstances
Travel, visa, accommodation, or passport issues
Medical, health, or emergency situations
Professional, academic, or scheduling conflicts
Non-attendance or non-utilization of services
Delivery delays caused by logistics partners
Dissatisfaction or unmet expectations
Incorrect understanding of product or service details
Failure to read website content or policies
Non-use or partial use of any product or service does not qualify for a refund or return.
Event Modifications & Force Majeure
In case any event, program, or service is postponed, rescheduled, modified, or cancelled due to operational reasons or force majeure (including natural disasters, government regulations, public health emergencies, or security concerns), no refunds or returns will be issued.
Any alternative arrangement, if offered, shall be at the sole discretion of the company and will not include cash refunds.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By completing a payment, the customer agrees not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes with banks or payment gateways.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:
Permanent restriction from current and future programs
Legal action, where applicable
All concerns must be raised with us before making payment.
